Hello, I was playing fairly and then all of a sudden i got kick banned.. I can't help it if I was pwning ppl.. that's the point of the game, but why ban me? I just saw this in another post: let me just start off by saying that trying to defending yourself will only provoke a pissing contest and ... well ... you won't win. now as for what rules you broke, well, let me start listing them off the top of my head. - not listening to the admins of the server by always switching teams and making them unfair.
- clans no team stacking - now we all know your not part of VDuS, but with your backwards tag, other people on the server might not know that and it makes them look bad (as if they don't give themselves a bad enough reputation as it is).
- don't be a dick - you were constantly saying abusive things that at times were racial and you know that isn't allowed.
- you were spamming the chat by advertising a movie on the VDuS website - i don't give a shit if you have it keybound, i told you to unbind it and you didn't. you know advertising isn't allowed and yet you continued to do it.
any one of these is bannable on its own, so you really must have been out on a mission to get banned or something. i'm sure there is more but that is what i can think of off the top of my head for you. you were a part of this clan at one point in time so we all know that you know the rules of the server, and they haven't changed since. you screwed up and you will have to take your gaming elsewhere just like the rest of the VDuS that were on last night. good riddance -llenta I'm totally clanless... was not "clan stacking" or whatever, I quit HAX awhile back and haven't joined anything since - most of you know this.. i put the vdus tag on a few times as a joke but usually take it off fairly quickly. I would join whatever team was lacking players.. then some pDs kept switching teams to make it unfair *to prove a point i think*, and I'd join anther team to balance it out.. Well i wans't saying anything racial.. i did the opposite - i told a guy that said a comment about jews to STFU .. that was it I wasn't spamming chat.. the only chat tag i have is "boom.. headshot!" and I rarely use it because its "like o or p" and thats so far away from my "wasd" placement What I did see that was odd on this server was there was a guy obviously speed hacking for practically the whole match, he was going like 1,200 velocity walking... though he was easy to kill he still ran faster than even seagull could catch.. for everyone that saw it and specced it said it was total cheats and speed hacking, and all llenta could do was tell us to stfu and leave.. this hacker could literally go from his base in well to our flag room in 15 seconds, it was sick. when we all kept asking he kept giving us grief over it and never did anything about it until the last minute when a fellow pDs started making the same complaints. But for the majority of the time he told us all to just deal with it.. which is not cool, meanwhile we keep seeing this message on the screen set by WDF that says "Hackers/Cheaters will be BANNED" - well not on llenta's watch - and it was more a defiant thing to ignore people's complaints than take quick action to live up to pDs's code of banning obvious hackers / cheaters. Then later on when playing avanti and llenta kept switching teams forcing hugely unfair teams such as 12 v 6 and so on, and I'd join the opposite team to try and even it out.. I got banned and about 4 or 5 others did as well. all by llenta, no reason given at the time, no warning. I know he's your friend, your teamate, and your best player, but you need to consider the facts and counsel him on the pDs code of ethics, and responsibility as an admin. When it comes to obvious hackers he ignores it, but when it comes to someone playing better than him - they get perma banned instantly. WDF, if you're out there, I'd appreciate it if you could lift my ban. I barely play these days and crypt is one of the only 3 servers out there with players on it. Thanks for listening. reapsta

I was not there the whole time, but from what I saw there was obvious stacking with the VDuS guys, including you who had the tag on. As far as I'm concerned, if you're wearing the tag, then you are going to take the inevitable shit that they bring with them. We warned them repeatedly about stacking, and you weren't exactly "quick" to take the tag off then. It was basically this, and general bitching amongst the VDuS group about how they can "pwn hard", and that making them switch teams is restricting them from winning. I believe I was playing that match too, under the tag "O". First off, you are right, we are going to back llenta, end of story. As far as llenta switching sides, I do that as well so I can get screen shots, or see first hand any abuses that are taking place. As far as that night, poor llenta, damn, there was so much happening at one time, I don't see how he was keeping up with it. As far as you, Reapsta, I honestly don't remember you doing any thing wrong. It was mostly Seagull, Tuna and Vinny.
I do believe a review of the logs is in order. This is kind of out of character for Reapsta.
I would just like to say that llenta has been doing an excellent job as admin. and you are not going to win any friends here by bad mouthing his admin skills. I have always enjoyed playing you Reapsta, you are a hell of a player and a good sport. Lets not ruin it by attacking our best player and admin.

FIrst off let me be the one that goes on record that llenta did not perm ban anybody. I was the one that put the perm bans on based on the reports that the admins on the scene gave after the fact.
Seagull was banned for alot of past history as well as that night.. Those screenshots of him gloating about that night were a thing of beauty too. He really expected this. He was sure we were going to ban the whole damn VDUS tag.
Tuna has been given more warnings here than I have fingers on both hands. So we are also done dealing with him as well. Again for past history as well as the problems of that night. I mean this is the 3rd time he has earned a ban here. I think most anybody will agree that we hae been way too lenient with him already.
Vinny.. well what else can you say.
You are the one that upsets me the most Reap. You and I have gotten along well in the past and I have never know you to cause any real problems around here. So I am willing to talk about this one. I am going to wait for llenta and the other one the scene admins to talk to me about what you specifically did to get on that list I was given. I am sure WDF and I will chat about this one too. The night in question, the admins playing were myself, Llenta, and Old Guy. I personally don't recall Reapsta doing anything wrong. But there was so much crap happening at once I may have missed something. Here is a screenshot from the console from the night in question on Avanti where most of the shit happened (I usually save the STEAM ID's at the beginning of a game in the event I have to ban someone - makes it quicker). The main pains in the ass were were ones who were "Hidden" all you can see is the STEAM ID. I'm not sure what your STEAM ID is, so you may want to check:

EDIT: Funny thing is that this game had not only the VDUS guys fucking around, but also a speed hacker (Cause and Effect), and a Racist (Santa Porn) who were also both banned that same game. Never had a problem with you, but that night it was like a pack of wolves was coming down on llenta and not listening. You guys emptied half the server with your invisible naming. Here is a screenshot of the bunch switching to invisi mode. After this shot, your name did not appear in visible text. I was not admin at the time, but I would have kicked the whole lot. Fucking pisses me off when you kids fuck with the server. Ruins my limited gaming time, and I need it to unwind.
Like i said, I've never had a problem with you but it's not my call to undo the deed.

Thank you to those who know me and have an open mind about investing this further. That's very nice and respectable of you guys. KYFHO, I don't see myself on there either. I wasn't using an alias, just Reapsta, but I recognize the names in that ID log you just posted. That was during the map Well when Cause&Effect was hacking. I crashed a few times during that map, so I probably was trying to reload the game when you recorded that info.

Reap has always been a fair player, good guy, have known him for awhile, im sure a second chance wouldnt be regretted and whatever occurred will be forgotten, im sure it was a one time occurance, he's on the VDuS vent quit a bit, fun guy to game with, hope to see him on. Thanks guys.

I have always respected Durden the most of any of the non-pds people I know. Durden has always gone out of his way to give us a fair deal and shown us respect even in some not so pleasant dealings with his old HAX clan. For these reasons and others his word will always hold alot of weight with me.
As I have stated before I have always gotten along well with Reapsta and also beleive that these things are out of charcter for him. I think things that night got so out of hand that people really did lose track of who was doing what amid everything else that was going on. Also he has never been known to be a problem here in the past and I would like to think that I have his word that there will be no further problems in the future.
Out of respect for our esteemed server owner I am going to wait for WDF to have a say on the matter. As for me though I am more than OK with the lifting of this ban Whut.. Just send me your word and I will remove the ban myself.
EDIT: Durden I just wanted to say that all of the time you and Heco have spent playing with us has really been noticed and appreciated. We are on the verge of cracking the top 10 again and our old friends have been as much to thank for that as anybody else. If you ever have any ideas on how to improve the place always feel free to shoot us a line and we will always be open to your input. Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy

Yeah, we'll lift the ban. No one ever get's banned for "pwning" (at least on my watch).
However, there is a screenshot of you with the vdus tag on. Now, we don't activly check the vdus roster to double check whether or not you are actually with the clan. I wasn't there on this night of team stacking and a general pwning of my servers core rules and eventually making the experience so unpleasent you guys managed to empty my server. You know as well as I that you played a role in that.
Now, with that said, I respect you greatly as a player who frequents our server, I just hope you can keep it under control in the future so we don't have these experiences. As for this ban, I don't know the circumstances and I haven't discussed this with my admins, but I'll lift it on blind faith that you can assure me that you won't participate in this nonsense for whatever reason.
Grumps can lift the ban whenever he sees fit.

Thanks for the kind words grumpy, much appreciated, you and pDs are a great group of guys and have had my respect since i could remember, always dealt with problems fair and just. Glad to help get the server back up at the top where it should be. Thanks for lifting the ban on reap, I think he's the only one i've ever vouched for in this game, and rightly so. Yeah unfortunate problems with members of HAX awhile back, now this, seems like I bring trouble your guys' way ha! jk. Well thanks guys, the universe can continue to exist and cease to implode. looks like i got here a bit late, but thats ok, here are my 2 cents.
grumpy is right, i didn't permenantly ban anybody except the speed hacker. i mearly placed temporary bans and let the admin team decide the fate. the reason i didn't ban the speed hacker the very second you guys saw him is because he was in your base, not mine. there were other admins on your team and i was conversing with them through admin chat. no admin will ban somebody for that unless they see it happen themselves or capture a demo of it. i'm sorry if it seemed like i wasn't doing anything, but it seems to work out the best if there are admins on both teams instead of them all switching and going onto one team. sure after a few minutes of you guys not shutting up about the speed hacker, i swiched teams to come help look and i ended up seeing him first.
as for your ban, i believe that you can behaive yourself in the future because i have seen you do it up to know. you are a good gamer and i usually enjoy playing with you. the reason i put a temporary ban on you was for all the same reasons the other VDuS guys (and vinny) got one. i'm sure with the immature VDuS pricks out of the picture you will once again be an enjoyable player to play with.
