This thread is for Bloodhands, who is unable to post on the forums due to the following problem. I cut and paste what he said in pm to make the thread. -everytime i try to load a page, only on this site, a pop up tries to come up, and with it, a message from one of my virus scanners -ive whiped my cookies and my cache, and its still doing it, im going to have to do a full scan and find the rout of the problem, and i am unable to post on the forums (no post button or pm buttons) -why there are pop ups on the site anyway, i always thought whut was against that get your ass to mars

I had firewall ad blocker disabled, though I don't remember doing that. I don't think I would ever do that paranoid as I am.

Ive got all those/use all those...
Ive also got 5 different installed virus scanners all always run passive or actively if i choose.
Ive never liked the feel of this version of firefox, but i still have it. AB sucks, IE7 makes it so i cant play cs 1.6, opera sucks, Netscape ..., all the others are just knock offs.

that is wack. what pop-up blocker are you using? do you actually get a pop-up? is it possible its just a false positive? have you tried using the beta definitions in Spybot? if you are willing to pay, counterspy is the best antispyware software around, it might clean whatever you've got. Got the Downloader virus again. Not using my uber-protected computer. Luckily the automatic scan I set for the lunch hour every day caught it shortly after I was infected. Damn those pop-ups!
