Its simply amazing. The controller can take a bit to get used to, but once you do its so nice.

I was like #6 in a line of about 10 at the local gamestop, I think they had a total of 30 coming in. Pre-ordered a set of remote/nun-chuck because everyone was saying the limited supply they'd be getting.

WiiSports is simply amazing, Zelda is amazing as usual, and it was unbelievably easy to set-up something so potentially hard. When I went to hook my computer and my xbox up to our wireless router, it took like an hour of configuration for each. With the Wii, I just hit wireless, it found the router, I clicked, and it worked.

I think im gonna go buy another game or two pretty soon, either red steel or CoD 3

It's called Wii Remote. Though commonly called Wiimote.

I can play the old school games. There weren't a lot to choose from at launch, but they'll be adding more and more.

I can play the old school games. They are fun.

All the old school games work with the wii traditional controller (sold seperately) and gamecube controllers.

You can still use the wireless remote too (you turn it sideways I believe). Anyway, they had like 6 games from SNES/NES/SEGA and only 1 from N64
