Greetigs from New York, if you guys remember from the old forums i posted a topic about my bro performing a huge jazz festival/competition.  i got in on wed.  So far I've been to Times Square and walked around for a bit.  Oh man i love this city.  I really think i'll have to live here for a bit when i get older and have a decent career.  Anyway plans for today include ground zero and finally watching my bro play.  he's spent the last 2 days practicing and preparing.  updates to follow shortly. 

Margogo, do you want an I <3 NY t shirt?  they're pretty cheap so you'll get some money back.  oh and word to the wise.  come to times square broke, because if you come with money, you'll spend all of it in a day.  i guarantee, there's so much sensory invasion from the ridiculously big ads its...insane! 

oh, btw whut did you want any souveniers from NYC as well? im getting myself a statue of liberty lighter =)

haha yea, thats what one of the guys at the hotel said.  anyway, my brother's band placed 4th. they did recognize certain sections of the band of which the trombone and guitarists were recognized.  so kudos to them.  im just proud he was able to solo at such a huge event.  anyway new york was awesome, we need subways like new york.  you can get anywhere for like 2 bux for a ride.  awesome shit.
