I've never heard of a site paying for that specific sign, many "homeless" have networked together and formed organized groups, you'll see them pass the signs off when their shifts change. Homeless people ftw. They make surprisingly large amounts of money doing it too. I read about one woman from new york who acted homeless and made over 80,000 dollars (somewhere around there) in one year. Of course, she was caught and arrested. Bike wrote:I like to make werewolf movies.

lol, its illegal to be homeless in the city i live in. or if it isn't, the cops just don't like it and will pick you up and move you across city lines. either way, its one less thing to bug me when i choose to walk instead of drive.

Yea. when i lived in philidelphia they used to force them into shelters, but i spent a couple of months living with my cusin in washington over the summer and they have an overwhelming amount of homeless poeple.
