So some of us  have been having some interesting chats regarding a love of the arts, in particular photography. Is there any way that there could be perhaps a forum for posting photo galleries from our members and community, if there isn't already?

We had something like this and basically no one utilized it.

If I bring it back I want some assurance that it'll get used.

my brother came to visit me yesterday and he told me about a movie he just finished with this Canon 1D.  Yeah you heard me right.  he made a 6 minute movie frame by frame shooting sequences and photophopping each one.  then putting them into premier 1 frame at a time.  i haven't seen it yet, but i will in a week when i visit for Christmas.  he told me because he shot it in digital stills, he could make it look like film, actually better, something you can't do with digital film yet.

same concept, except he did all the work himself, he didn't have a team helping him out.  i'm sure he took thousands of pictures if not tens of thousands.  i can't wait to see it.

Huh?  I took all of those.  I meant "no way" to the pro comment.  Which picture were you looking at?

have you had professional training? those are some seriously impressive photos. I'd be interested in hearing where any of them were taken.
