Sorry buddy but if you won the battle then he really isn't a target. I think this is for anyone who is attacked and loses. Maybe charcoal can back me up. I may be totally wrong.

I think its even more than that. It seems like from the thread charc or whut made that not only does it have to be a battle you lost but the guy must bash you also and be a pain in the ass lol Heat Repeat!!!

hit list is really only for people who've attacked you multiple times, and/or are preventing you from progressing. yeah, i'm a cranky 'oul fucker. deal with it.
