well the only computer that has steam loaded on it right now is compiling my map.  that seems to take about 9 hours and i just started it.  why don't you try compiling yours, it shouldn't take any where near that long, and you will get a better answer then what we can give you.  looking at a bunch of entities in hammer can only give you a clue as to how they will act in game.  this is why you have to test you map over and over again to get things right.  maybe its just me, but i can't just look at inputs/outputs and know how everything is going to work, otherwise i could build a map in one shot.
