Are you allowed to attack banned players? Because there is a banned player 3 systems away from me with a prety good amount of res, but he has 4 RL and 9LL for defense. Heres the ER.

you can attack banned players. if you can spy on them you can attack them. Sometimes a GO may put a banned account into vacation mode, if it's a small offense, but that's the only time you cannot attack teh scumbag banz0rds
yeah, i'm a cranky 'oul fucker. deal with it.
