OK so alot of our alliance has started to pirate..which means mines become less important as picking good targets... so me and dragon were talking today about reaserach tech and he was telling me he was using all his rez on espy tech 3...but he had only a small fleet of 2-3 cargos. ONe important thing to consider when reaserach upgrading is "will i use this in the near future?" You want to pick your research wisely since they are so expensive. So for dragon i told him to cancel tech 2 because his raiding would be limited to inactives......u need a fairly large fleet to even think about attacking higher lvl players with 10+ defense or what not. And all these players will have espy lvls 3 or more...which means espy lvl 2 will basically tell u who u can attack and who u cant... IF the reprots shows alot of res with 0 -1 defense then hell go for it...but i ensure u that if they have anything that is masked and u have less than 10 LF u dont even want to bother . Everything is at somepoint connected, eventually you will need to upgrade ALMOST everything so minus well get that heavy timer cooking cause those things dont take 2 shakes either.  ahhhh_crap wrote:no, splinter has ethics and whut has emotions
