nuerion (4:173:11) and garunamodi (4:488:10). two random applications to the alliance without any explanation of who they are in relation to us... i think it's safe to conclude they have no links to us. any idea who they are? garunmodi's application read as follows Quote:Application of garunamodi

i am always extremely loyal to all my alliances (these are on other univeres) and have never been stripped of any alliance name.

ps i got 1 and a 1/2 k points on one account in like three months neurion wrote nothing...
kind of cool that we are getting random appliactions from people to join, means we must be doing something right... but still. what should i say to these guys?

Being a private clan limits our possible overall member #'s. Id say screw being private and just let anyone who wants to join us just join us. Just tell them to register to the forums, tell us abit about themselfs and if they sound like decent people give them the ogame key to our forum section. We can be the best in greater numbers and if we limit to only people we know then it will be a matter of time before we just fall apart. might sound stupid this!!
But what are the chances of someone infiltrating our clan and spying for someone else in another alliance.
some ppl just join and build up thier planets to be farm for others!!!!
with 32 members WE WILL have some targets that ppl would like to know about!

yeah. i've heard of this happening. Last Uni i was in, someone managed to join an alliance, and for some inexplicable reason was given "right hand man" status. When his original alliance went to war, he simply disbanded the new enemy alliance he was in, claiming victory for his original alliance. yeah, i'm a cranky 'oul fucker. deal with it.

I say that we need to be very careful. There are some shady things going on out there. We should stick to recruiting people we know.
