On one of my colonies where I don't have a research lab, I started building a cruiser. Then I went to go build a research lab, but when I went to go start it, instead of the build option it says "operating." yeah, its one of those bugs that the programmers are either too lazy or too imcompetant to fix. as far as i know click calculate twice, or else log in again entirely and it should solve the problem. yeah, i'm a cranky 'oul fucker. deal with it.
