I gather from the title of your post that you're asking who would win in a fight between Neo and Robocop. Not to get all Superman v. Batman on you, but they're two different kinds of heroes in two very different worlds. Neo is only bada$$ while he's inside the Matrix, no? If Robocop met him in a dark alley in Zion, Robocop would put a cap in Neo's a$$. Robocop could not go into the matrix because doesn't have a USB port into his brain.
Oh, wait, I guess he does. That spike thing in his hand could be adapted to work with the Matrix, but then, he would only be Robocop inside the Matrix, where Neo would own him. Unless both were using Steam and Steam took a big dump in their mainframes like they did to my computer two days ago.

Uh, no. I didn't know that was a link until your last post. And that site has some interesting pics, NSFW. But very interesting. I withdraw my last post as not being based in anything related to the video at that link, which I won't click on, because I'm at work.
It's still a valid stand-alone analysis of a fair fight between the two though.
