Hey, Rob here with some word from the Lompoc crew (STFU, you love us)
Right now it looks like we're going to take the train to Seattle. less than $100 round trip! The down part? 2 days of train ride, and fucking many stops in the Bay Area. But whatever, it's cheap and I got shit else to do. At this point, it looks like Xylicon and Myself are going to take Amtrak, I think that Koopa was considering it, and if FATAL goes, I'm sure he'll be down as well. So, that should make it slightly more bearable. That, and I'm going to score some heroin to take the edge off.
Anyways, if we did show up by rail, is there any way for us to get conveyance from the train station (Amtrak station code SEA) to the sausagefest?
Anyhow, I'll talk to whut a little later and clear up some details, and then go ahead and put in for the time off. This sounds like good times. I was burdened with meeting whut at the previous RatLan already, wouldn't mind meeting some of the new {pDs} army either.
*thinks* I might need a computer for this. Time to save some money.

Man.. this looking good. I'm really stoked right now.
I'll get the LP crew all wired up for this. Updates to come. Two of us might drive.. thinking of dropping in on some friends in Vancouver. Score some good.... french fries and mayonaise.

yeah i'll pretty much for sure be coming, the cable company gives me goodtime off, when there not raping me with 80+ hours a week in work. so vacation time shouldn't be a problem. so i'll probably ride with someone, or take the train.

Avner, I was going to visit someone in BC first, and that was a secondary objective. Looks like a nogo at this point.
Looks like I'm going to be dropping about $1,000+ on components to make this happen. Then 200 on a train ticket. Then more on a rental car and hotel room. I don't care.
Whut, How is attendace looking compared to last RatLan so far? I'm trying to coordinate the Lompoc crew here.

Also, the Lompoc guys are taking the train. I suggest people bringing their comps do the same. It's incredibly cheap. Also, I can pick people up as far down as Oregon or as far over as Idaho. Apparently everyone here is stupid. You can drink, idiots. I don't care how old you are. Also, the main day of events is Saturday the 16th. Friday is prep day and Sunday is cool-down/hangover day. So, if you do come, aim to be here Saturday. I think the only one's that are going to be here Friday are the Lompoc crew because they love my cock.
