I am assuming NAP= nonagression pact. If so would it be a good idea now to start being a bit diplomatic with maybe some of the intermediate clans? I know EVIL , POLAND, etc won't even look our way but I think we can talk to the smaller ones.
What do you guys think?

I say no, cuase I probobly wouldn't pay enough attention to realize I was attacking someone who has a diplomatic agreement with us.
