Applications have been turned off for the time being since we are not really accepting them from unknowns and we are on the verge of War so any sudden interest out of nowhere would hve to be considered as suspecious anyway.
However friends and family are always welcome to join up so if you have someone interested just let us know and one of us will get the apps turned on to allow the person to sign up.
