I have done some checking and it would seem like the alliance POLAND has quietly withdrawn from univ 27. Their listed membership is down to about 8 players from somewhere in the 20's listed on their alliance page. If you happen upon any POLAND planets that are left you will probably find they they are rather inactive and most are already showing the (i). The flagged planets are plucked bare already of course but there are a few that are not flagged yet. You can probably find these incrediably wealthy, undefended  and ready for the picking.

Word of warning.. probe the inactives first.. I have stumbled upon a couple of them with massive defense still.

Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy
