Simply no, im scanning you ppl cause our friend over in 5:383:5 decided to scan a few of us today. I mearly scanned a few of you to see if you had enough res to get attacked on so I could send a defence fleet to intercept. So for future refrence if you see me esp you, its for your own good! Dont forget too if your getting attacked in the pds system to call me, I really want to try out my BC's cause i got 15 of them sitting at my planet rotting away with nothing to do.  ahhhh_crap wrote:no, splinter has ethics and whut has emotions

Scanning friendlies isn't a bad idea. It gives you an idea of what is available in your area. I showed Lady mine in 4:407 and she showed me hers... Wipe those smiles off your faces!!!
