is it possible to get an auto afk kicker for people gone for 10 mins or longer? either kick them or put in spectate?

getting shot in the arm & loosing weapon is abit gay, MG's will have a much greater advantage over the rest of the classes with sniper holding the only higher advantage to get rid of them. getting killed and blacking out = gay !medic = ftw!
