Unfortunately it is James. I had many visitors at the hospital that frequently told the nurse that they must have been given the wrong room number. Those pictures of me were taken 2 days after my accident. I hit two power poles and rolled and flipped the car several times. Here's a pic of me now. Never mind the girl but you can see the scares have healed up pretty well. The accident happened on Dec 17th. I had a BAC of .11 That's not very high but high enough. Be safe.

.11 BAC not high enough? .08 is more than high enough down here in tex, not to mention our zero tolerance policy deal which means you cant even have open containers of alcohol in the car, good to hear your ok though, also chicks dig scars In an hour of Darkness a blind man is the best guide. The third picture looks like blood and glass... but where is that? I can't make out what part of the car that is Also... what did you hit? Give us the fucking story man. Total coverage! How is the rear wrecked as well?

It was a one car accident. The third picture is a picture of the sunroof, I guess when I landed I was upside down and blead out on the roof of the car.. I don't know for sure but I can only speculate that I rolled and flipped the car. The damage to the rear of the car would only be possible if the car flipped end over end. No I'm not going to jail. There Legal BAC content in Nebraska is .08 it used to be .10 I was over the legal limit but I thought I was perfectly fine to drive. This accident happened after my Union work party. Saturday I left the union party (sucked major) then went to our local hangout bar with a couple of people from work. I left the bar around 12:45 and drove all the way home. Once I got home I realized that I was hungry and had an extreamly large craving for a carne asada burrito from the all night mexican joint. I left my house around 2am sunday morning. The accident happened only a short distance from my home. From what the forensics guys could gather, I veered off the road and hit two wooden power poles. I didn't come too until monday. I wasn't really coherent until tuesday. I now have mutlitple facial scars, a shattered thumb and a broken eye socket with a titainium plate in it to fix it. Luckily I have outstanding heath insurance. All of my medical bills are covered which is great because its just barely over 100K. The judge gave me a $400 dollar fine and six months probation. Damn rebel, I'm pretty much lost for words. It's a miracle you made it out of that. A lot of times people will joke about other clan members that haven't been seen for a while, saying they died, but you're lucky as hell you didn't. I was starting to wonder when I'd see you or your brother again. Glad to have you back, dude. EDIT: Lucky nobody was in the passenger seat.
