That really sux! I have been farming his planets. I took about 35k deut from 14 last night. 
I have been building up a fleet out there and hiding it well, but I'm defiinitely not ready to take him on yet.

I think we're looking at the remains of HolyJaw there.
My fleet from Gal 1 could take him easy. I got 25BS and 6BC at 5:380 now and I'm still building. Not enough to touch him yet.
