Friggin Ottoman escaped a second time.  He pulled out just as I got to his planet at 1:495:4.  I'm going for another of his planets (1:491:5) and his moon.  I may go for his main but it will take a lot of IPMs to soften him up.

The SOB did me again.  I'm beginning to smell a cheat.  There was no activity on the 5 of his planets that I know about and he still pulled out just minutes before I hit him.  I wonder if he has a second account for monitoring or if his buddies share passwords.  Mystical's planet at 1:490:8 showed activity.  That's 4 hits in a row that he squeezed out at the last minute.  He can't be on all the time. 

5 IPMs are headed his way just for the hell of it.  I got 12 more in the barn and can make more.  4 minutes until armageddon....

I'm starting to smell a rat with ken92.  He was supposed to supply me with phalanx scan info and I got nothing from him.  If he doesn't provide info in the morning he's toast!

FYI The Turks do cheat and do it well . Each member has every other members pass codes so someone is always watching. They play like this in every Uni.  Word is they use Internet bars and librarys so never same IP's all the time. That is why they build up so fast.....they have multi-players on constant watch.
