I'm waiting for a couple replies right now about moving the time to 1500 est. If RR says anything about making it even earlier, I might make it 1400 est, but 1200 is too early for me. you don't actually have to be in the clan (i don't think).
there are people on other teams that aren't really a part of their clan, just on their team for the league. when you register you have to select a team and the team captain has to accept you as part of the team.
