Vince, make sure to remind your team that this particular match will be unmodded (as per tournament rules) so they don't go in there with false hopes of 1 shot kills n such.
And I'll be there this time too so it should make for a good match.

why can't we do this on our own server (rules allow it). it can be on the practice server where the mods are removed. i'm saying this because that way we know we are all close to the server and playing maps that we are familiar with.

Yea, I would rather play it on the tomb if possible. I know Don's destain for the crossbow's one hit kill but if it can be arranged in the tomb, why not? We're all familiar with the style of play and maps of the tomb

i wasn't saying have it in the tomb, the tomb has weapon mods that the tourney won't be having. as far as i know, the weapon mods have been removed in our practice server, so that is why i was suggesting it.

It's all unmodded, it's not my choice, but the choice of those setting this up. Remember that you will be playing other clans too, and it's not even the fact that I don't like easy xbow kills that I'm warning you to practice. The fact remains, we're one of 2 clans that plays mostly in a server with extreme modification, every other clan you will play will have a strategy to kill you that will make you pee your pants. If you want a little reality check on how other clans run their shit I'd suggest challenging clan Hax to a 2fort/rock scrim. I'm not downing anybody for digging the xbow mod, but if you're going into this with that 1 weapon mentality you're going to be very upset at the outcome. Shark TerribleNate wrote:Fuck nice...
