Art. Lebedev Studio is finally going to accept pre-orders for the Optimus Maximus Keyboard — in just under 9 hours at the time this story posts, according to the countdown timer on the site. Can't wait.... except at over $1500 each, I'll have to wait for the knock-offs to come out...!

Meaning you can program each button to have whatever image you want on it. Want a CS button? Then just put a CS logo on a button and hotlink the key to the shortcut. Plus they are releasing these REALLY slow. Like they will ship 200 in November, 200 in December and 400 in Jan 08. That is a REALLY small amount for so much demand worldwide. Lastly, I think it has a 'coolness' factor (like the iPod had) and the fact that it is SO limited and because the guy who made it is an artist that they are charging the rediculous $1500 price. In other words, there is no good reason for that price aside from 'cause they can and you want it'.

as freaking cool as it is, keyboards get banged up way to easily to be spending 1500 on  Formally known as MrT The film "Brokeback Mountain" was originally pitched as an off-beat romance starring MrT and WhutDuFuk. The sole reason the two legends declined the starring roles is because if MrT and WhutDuFuk were to kiss, there would be new meaning to the word homosexual...it would mean "obligation".

yeah, and who the fuck looks at their "fancy cool looking" keyboard when they play anyway.
and who thinks ipods are cool? they are just overrated, overpriced, mp3 players. it takes a whole 2 minutes to run a google search to find a mp3 player that is better in every way and cheaper.
