How do you take in-game vids in a format that Youtube will accept?

Heavy with medic running wild with fists - yeah I know it's more than a day old, hence it's old for you reprobates, but I just saw this last night so piss off:

best way i can think of is if you demo them then use FRAPS to record a re-play of the demo. use the windows movie maker and try to convert the video into a compressed format of avi and upload it.

The only problem I see with running wild as a heavy with fists, is that scouts and basically everything else is faster than you, meaning they could keep running backwards while shooting you like that pyro in the second video.


    Also, Even with a medic, a sniper's headshot would kill you unless you had uber.
