That's a nice case.

And you people out there should take note that Span not only posted spec parts, he linked them to the Newegg parts description for further review.  Nice.

LOL!  Your box will come with its own storage (stash) box inside the case:

You should be more like Cantrip.

If youre gonna be spending that much on a processor, at least get yourself a quad core

Plus you can get 2x2gbs of ram

Thanks for the mention of the quad core, but that ram is crap, the ram I have picked is quality.

Parts ordered, they should get here mid week.  Knocked off a couple of superlative parts to cut down on cost, I can always upgrade later.  Will be assembling this weekend, using industrial military grade thermal paste on all the parts, even disassembling the graphics card and doing the same to it.  Buddy is helping me set most of this up and will be tweaking it to hell and doing some minor overclocking.  He has roughly the same system, that's how I got most of my parts chosen and he gets about 60fps on Crysis on max detail settings.

Very nice, I can do 47fps in Crisis on med graphics at 1650x1050 with the systems I just pointed out to you.  This thing is more than 3 years old with most of the components in it aside from the water cooler and the psu, its all mostly 3 years old.  LoL

Erm, the Super Talents come with the legendary Micron D9's that will do disgusting amounts of FSB with 2.2+Volts.

In other words, you want me to overvolt the memory beyond it's rated capactiy, possibly destroying my motherboard the memory or both?

Considering they are rated for 2.2V you wouldn't be overvolting them

Little 40 dolar sticks are rated 2.2v?  And what, 5-5-5-18?  Sorry but cheap ram is *not* quality.  I paid for high grade 3 cas RAM. Its worth it.  I've never seen cheap RAM that didn't suck, fail, or kill the mobo.  I'd rather pay the extra dime for name brand that warranty's their stuff than off brand crap that could kill your whole system with a warranty that only covers the part and you pay to ship it back.

Uh, those OCZ's use exactly the same ram chips as the Super Talents: Micron D9. They are the same damn thing but with a different brand name slapped on it, plus you're getting double the ram.

Also, CAS latency means absolutely nothing these days. FSB has always been and will always be king.

*Smiles* Ok then, prove it.  How about some spec sheets and where it says that it's the same ram under just a different name.

Also on the FSB you're arguing choke points.  My FSB is going to be 1337mhz.  Your argument is that low FSB speeds make CAS latency irrelevant because you'd never be timing at that rate if your FSB is choking you.  I however do not have that choke.   Everything in the system will be operating very smoothly with ram that's cleared for up to 2.4v.  It was designed for overclocking in the long run. It also comes with a high grade heat sink, 3-4-4-15 timings, and operates at a native 2.1V.
