probably because dustbowl sucks unless you have a good number of people. it's the classic catch-22 situation. if we made it something like 2fort/dustbowl it would be full all the time. maybe not 2fort since we have a dedicated 2fort server, what other maps draw people in? as much as i hate to say it, if you want to see it full, you should put it on 2fort and well or some of the other more popular maps. dustbowl is fun, but no unless you have a full server.

maybe you should put a votemap feature in it so the players can decide which maps they want to play. and then cycle between 2fort an dustbowl cuz 2fort always gets the kiddies and dustbowl is awesome at full capacity but if say 6-8 ppl are playing and arent having any fun, they can all talk it over and vote a new map on and play. sounds like a good idea to me.

I don't think the admin package allows for automated map votes but I might be wrong. I agree though, a tight map cycle with voting at the end would be great and if we could track what wins the most votes we could know what our playerbase likes so we can improve the map cycle on tempest3. We should do a 24hr custom map. Dustbowl isn't my favorite map and that's actually the only thing keeping me from regularly playing on that server.
