I think Problem #1 is you're living in Canadia, first step would be to move to Seattle, you and Salad could hook up sometime. If this isn't just some sort of attention whoreage issue, talk to a counsellor. No one is going to give a fuck if it makes you feel bad. I think getting the issue solved will be a lot less painful than continuing to be abused.

Dude sorry to hear about your hardship. You need help. talk to someone. It's better to deal with stuff like this as early as possible.
The longer you let it go the more it has the potential to get out of hand. I agree with others who suggested school teacher/counsellor. Also you can talk to your doctor next time you go in to see im.

You need to get out of there as soon as you can, its not worth putting up with that if it can cost you getting hurt for the rest of you life or dieing. From the age of birth to about 7 1/2 years of age, nad my brother from birth to about 3 1/2 years of age my parents would beat me and my brother, Not feed us anything at all, and would locks us in our room for days at a time. No they did not let us out to eat, bath, go to the bathroom we were locked in our rooms, if we made to much noise they would come beat us so we would not make any more noise. Me and my brother were close to dieing a few times trust me it is not worth it. Later on you father will be sorry he did it. My parents now tell me that there sorry for what they did and everything but it does not change the fact of what they did, and there is no excuse for it either. My brother had to have metal rods put in his back because my mom got made at him when he was a baby and threw him out of the bed room and into the wall. And my back is in a s shape because of what they did. Yes they were doing drugs but no one should do that to kids. That stuff will stick with you for the rest of your life and will cause problems later on in life. Me and my brother both have a very bad tempers. So for your sake get help go to school and tell them whats going on and tell them you do not want to go home because of what will happen. If you don't it will not stop till you get hurt bad or dead. MK, I'm really sorry to hear about your misfortune of having an abusive dad. I really can't say I had an abusive childhood although at times I kind of overblown some situations, claiming abuse, as I'm sure many of us as kids have. The first thing to do is to get some help. If he's hitting you, then that shit ain't right. You need to tell someone. I understand that calling child services could cause repercussions that for a child and it's family, feel as could get out of control. So I suggest not calling child services, at this moment. If things with your dad escalate, then that would be the time to call. Tell family, friends, or consolers who are adults and you feel can help in hadling the situation for you. You need someone to speak up for you.

Ya, like jail for your pop and foster home for you if you don't have a mom around. Most counselors or government employees are mandated to report this stuff. i didnt read all the replies. my parents used to knock me around quite a bit. one day at the ripe old age of 15, my mom was flipping out and had my dad hold me while she owned my face. well..actually she slapped me once and then i jumped at her even though my dad had my arms, i pulled him forward hard enough where my mom had to step back to avoid getting hit in the face with my head. they didnt touch me after that.
you could do something like that, were if he hits you, pick up a bat. OR do it the right way and get a 3rd party involved. The only downside to that is if you do, there's a chance you'll be removed from your house into another. Possibly in another province, or elsewhere in the city outside of your comfortable zone.
Whichever you decide, you better be ready to put your money where your mouth is. You want to fix this, you have to make a move because no one else is going to do it for you.
