Ok since no one's given the run down I guess I will. Both of you add the {pDs} tag to your names, and on the end add [R] so other members know your on the recruit phase, in 2 weeks we will hold a vote to deem you worthy of {pDs} material. Be as active as you can on the forums/servers to get members to know you. After 2 weeks we will hold a 7 day vote where members will accept or deny membership for you. This is on and off, more on than off. Normally Delta gets home first and starts playing, so I feel like kind of an ass if I kick him by joining the server he's on. I'm not asking to have the process waived, just a bit of understanding. Safety + Peace

Recently, whenever one is playing on a server, and the other joins, the one playing first is disconnected. The game does not revert to the splash screen, but we get an error in small, red letters in the top-right of the screen saying: There is a connection error. You will be disconnected in X seconds. X being a number counting down from 25. At this point neither of us can connect to the server. We haven't found a fix for it, and a post in your tech help forum has gone unanswered. Safety + Peace

It used to always let us both play, but black out one of our screens when we were dead for "ghosting an IP address" (no idea what that means). Same router / internet connection, different steam account IDs. TEAM APARTMENT: No one rocks quite as hard as we do. it sounds like your network is screwy or something, you should both be able to connect at the same time and you should both have different IP addresses when you connect. also, your avatar looks like it was painted by Marilyn Manson. Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.

i remember having this problem about a year ago when i visited my parents for the christmas holiday. i brought my laptop so that i could play. we both have our own accounts and i would join first, then my dad would join. then we would both be kicked from the server. i don't remember the exact details about what happened because it was so long ago, but i remember having the same problem. i remember sending a pm to whut, but nobody could figure out what was causing it. it wasn't a big issue for me because i was just visiting for about a week before i went back home, so i didn't really care.

Sounds similar to the difference of having either a router or a hub, as one assigns different IPs and one doesn't.

In CS if you're dead and he's alive you can find the enemies for him... etc.

Delta, you have made it, congrats.
Triple, the majority of us have voted to extend your recruit period by 1 week. in this time, you have to get to know more pDs members. just try your best, be a regular on the forums and servers, and have some one on one chats with pDs members. if you fail to pass the next vote, you will be denied from pDs. good luck!
