I need help putting all of the wires for like the power up button, restart button, usb and what not.  I just put in my mother board, ram, and harddrive, now I just need to put those wires in and connect my last fan.  Then I'll be good to go, but I need help with those wires.  If you need me to explain it a little more I can try, but it's the little wires inside with like power sw, and restart sw, -p led, +p led...etc written on them. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

Damn it, I can't find any manuals or FAQ's about it on their website.  If it helps, it's a biostar, nvidia nForce 3, NF325-a7, socket 754/HT 1.6G, AGP 8x/DOR 400, sata/raid.  I'll keep looking.

The Manual is friggen confusing, the cables aren't like, matching up with the manuals labeling. I don't know, maybe I should just get it done professionally.

usually the jumper patterns are as follows, the top right is the power, under that is restart, the top left is power led, underneath that (bottom right) is hdd led, this will be a differetn square of pins, you can usually tell the usb ports easliy, it will be a line of 4 under a line of 5,

it's ok. all computer components have clearly dotted lines along which you can cut* to make smaller.

I'm assuming you have all the other connections plugged in and you're just having problems with the JPANEL_1 connectors?  Like you have the 20-pin and the 4-pin power connectors, the USB, the connector for THE FAN THAT LIVES ON TOP OF THE PROCESSOR ON A HEAT SINK TO WHICH YOU HAVE ADDED THERMAL PASTE SO THE CHIP WON'T BLOW UP WHEN YOU POWER IT ON???

The JPANEL_1 lives on the bottom right side of the board on that PDF:

All of the connectors will have in common either one black or one white wire.  That common wire will be the ground.  For example, you could have five connectors with one of the wires blue, red, green, orange or yellow.  The remaing slot will be either a wire with black or white.

Post the connector labels and how many pins and how many wires the connector has.

You should be more like Cantrip.

I didn't add any thermal paste to the processor, this might be a stupid question, but do you have to? Cause I didn't see any on it when I pulled it from my other mother board.
Here are pictures of the wires and what not.

Don't know if these are needed or not

!!!!

yes you absolutely need some thermal medium between the processor and the heatsink, otherwise the heatsink wont perfom nearly as well, becasue it has less contact with the heat source

Okay, these are the front panel USB header connectors:

They go here:

See the two separate connectors?  Pick one to work with, the one on the left to be out of the way of the IDE1 cable, but it doesn't matter.

This is the schematic from the PDF:

They seem to be upside-down from the drawing, but it doesn't matter.  VCC is the +5V (fused) pin on 1 or 2  --- It doesn't matter which because you are going to put that VCC connector on the pin to the far left, so that the GND is on the Ground pin toward the right.  Then do the same with the other so that one is below the other.   Put the GND on the NC pin.  Remember, you are only going to use one of those pin cluster connectors.

As for the pictures, you fail.  Can't tell what connectors you have.  Some have a non-standard setup, so take another picture of all the damn connectors so we can see them.  I can tell that the white wires are the ground or ( - ) negative wires.  The polarity doesn't matter for a few of these connectors, but forget about that and place them in the manner they tell you to.   For now connect these in the spots designated below.  I will update when you post pics for the rest of the connectors:

DON'T TOUCH THESE:

One of those is a pin connection to let you know your case is open, the other clears your CMOS - you have no business touching them.  Hands off.

So post more, CLEARLY VISIBLE, pics of the markings on all your connectors.

AND YES, YOU NEED THERMAL PASTE, YOU MUPPET.  It may be that when you removed it, it was dry.  It fills the gap of air between the chip and the heatsink so you get even transfer of heat.  $1 at your local electronics store.

. . .
