Or how about Unreal Tournament 2004, Unreal Tournament 3, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield Vietnam, Battlefield 2, Battle 1942.........and Halo is a decent FPS.  I can name at least 10 better games, and no the series isn't as hot of shit as you are making it out to be.  /sigh

lol, the funniest part is when you say other games either don't have vehicle, or they are undeveloped if they do have them.  Halo's vehicles, weapons, art design, and storyline are the most stock and generic space marine garbage we get in any space/future shooter.  The only difference is the new vehicles suck worse than the old ones and looks like someone who loves He-man too much made them. 

I'm not a mean guy (just sarcastic, cynical, and sometimes an asshole who gets drunk and punches and kids), but I hate hearing Halo get praised and other much better games get pushed aside.  I'm glad COD4 blew away Halo's lackluster thunder.

I never got into the halo game all that much, best to come out of it was the Red Vs Blue but unfortunately even that is over. Halo will eventually die off, its been over hyped more then you realize.

i never said that other games didnot have vehicles... im only referring to online multiplayer. Campaigns are worthless especially FPS campaigns as they are all linear and not too inspiring. I agree with you that the halo story line is not great and not inspiring. Halo excells in its multiplayer as you can see well over 500,000 players on a nighlty basis playing halo. COD4 only has about 150,000.  Im not saying COD4 is bad, i love the game but its not inovative, its just dont extremely well with few flaws. Halo manages to incorporate team play and strategy on levels beyound who can point and shoot the most accurately.

UT3 I never liked because the weaponry was not balanced very well, and the mods created for the game began to take over. That and the game felt too much like an arcade game. Battlefield games are decent but they spent so much time developing the vehicles, which i add are great especially the helicopters and vehicles, but developers did not develop the foot soldiers very well. There was alot of player movement problems and some effects looked dull or unrefined.

i havent even finished the halo 3 campaign yet.....why? cause it prolly is a waste of time ....its the multiplayer thats great
