How come I can't probe people from the Galaxy page like i used to be able to when i played long ago? I get one of these " error, no ships available" when I do have fleet slots an probes available.

build computer tech to get fleet slots. # slots = computer tech level +1 You should be able to probe. Are you sure you have probes on the planet that you are looking from?
