i have never used anything other then my trusty 2 button mouse from dell. i broke one about a year ago, but i had a few spares from previous dell purchases. i don't need all those buttons on my mouse to kill you guys. just the primary and secondary fire is all i need.

I had a Sidewinder all skinned up to match my PC, but alas the left mouse button hit the floor and permanently jammed up. Broke all the little bits of shitty plastic inside that held the sensors so I couldn't fix it. My temporary mouse of fury pwns.  Except mine's corded. And yes, it still has a trackball. Win Cookies Awarded: 7 (bawwwwww)

I use the same but I do use the razer keyboard. That made a huge difference for me. The macros and lack of delay was amazing. Plus it has the lightest keystroke in the game. Amazing..
