The more I play scout, the more fun I have. I like just annoying the crap out of people and getting them down to 2 health or so.

I would have liked it more if it had him capturing intel. Instead it shows and glamorizing the scout's utterly overpowered offensive ability. Yes. I despise scouts' ability to kill other characters so easily.
