Some more info came out.

Her two children that aren't in the hospital communicate with each other through a series of grunts and growls, very animal like in nature, that have psychologists shitting bricks left and right. The 5 year old chooses to crawl even though he CAN walk and the 18 year old girl has to crouch low cuz the ceilings only like 5'6" up there.

The mom used to spend the (more than two decades worth) of boredom hours by telling her children tales she made up based on the TV shows they watched on TV.

Daddy would come down every so often, seal himself in, and spend some quality time with the "family", watching TV's, talking, telling stories, discussing the children's upbringing with their mommy / his daughter... oh and then beat the shit out of them when they didn't behave the way he wanted.
