Some mothers weren't there for their children. However a lot of mothers are caring and loving - the figure that loves you the most. So if you're bitter about it you dont have to celebrate it. But for those of us who appreciate our mothers will continue to do so. Fear the ING! -[Mr.]MaMa-*Bluecell*- -running -varmint

Wow...I'm embarrassed to read this post. Razor, I hope by your post that she is in remission. My mom had to have a lung removed so I can understand your situation. Its been almost 10 years now and all is good. I don't know alot of you or your situations, but some have insulted the members that ARE moms and members who actually love, respect, and appreciate their moms. Good parenting is hard to find these days, and I'm not one for "bullshit" holidays, but parents truly are underappreciated.
Do not eat the contents of this post.

I don't know that if it is in the blood stream if there is a such thing as remission but she is doing really good. The tumor she had was a 4 cm and now it is classified as a tiny mass. The PET scan shows no sign of cancer. She will continue the Chemo until that mass is totally gone just so if there is 1 cell left it won't come back with a vengeance. Throughout the Chemo she has been physically sick maybe twice. She was pretty exhausted a lot but now with treatments every 2 weeks it is not so bad. We really have been blessed.

Congrats on your positive outlook man. At first I hesitated at the word blessing, but now I see what you mean.
