So I found this gamesurge channel on IRC, #tf2pickup, where people can drop by and play some scrims pretty quickly. You drop your name in and teams are randomly assigned. Me and Snob were playing on there yesterday. Sounds fun right?
Fun, but in a brutally humbling way. I mean holy crap these guys are good. And they're kind of assholes too...
'Pro gamers' I guess. Makes me glad of playing with friendly/cool people on the tempests. Really.
Edit: It's a good way to hone your skills as any class too. These guys will let you know very quickly if you're doing something wrong. :)

lol they're all dicks because this game is all they fucking do all day. the only way they know how to interact is to act like they're the boss on a game. chances are they are the guys that get super pissed when they are dominated.
trust me, there are really good players out there that arent assholes. dont be fooled
