Thats how I read it, and whats interesting is that I am sure other people did, including many Hillary supporters. Basically it lets her plant the seed in their heads, but keeps her distance enough that when/if it happens, she isn't blamed. I wouldn't put it past her to try to assassinate him to win the election, granted I wouldn't put it past McCain either.......although he at least is open with his contempt for the masses.
