nothing wrong with veal, I just wish people would acknowledge all meat for what it is. You're killing something, chopping it up, letting it rot/age, then eating it. Juice is not juice, juice is mostly blood. A piece of tongue is no more "gross" than eating the chunk of meat sitting adjacent to the liver, or intestines, etc. I AM a vegetarian, but for other reasons entirely. I see nothing wrong with any of the above I've said, I'm fine with the whole process. I just wish more people would accept what it is instead of making up bull names for stuff. Call it pig leg, not ham. Fried skin, not bacon. Veal is just a moderation between scrambled eggs and porkchops.

 I only think it's wrong if you take a thing and shove it in a box for it's whole life. The answer to that IMO is advancements in biotech where we can just grow the crap without a head. Think of how tender a brick of grown beef would be!
