When you choose teams, just hit the random selection.  It's just as fun and more challenging to play against a mix of new and experienced players

eh, the time with daniel was just a fluke......and the way he was getting angry and calling us less than pleasing names somehow made it less imperative to apease him.

 The recent time with murdy was just sorta shoddy. Originally I join in a game, team is stacked one way. I join the opposite, couple of peeps I regularly game with join over to the team that was losing. This team continues to lose, so the "stack" was not helping us. What sucked was when the next map came up and the opposing teams top players were now grouped in with what had been a mini-stack. The stack of wdf affiliated folks was four peeps. I enjoy playing same team with these peeps not for the added fun in gaming terms, but for the sake that we can talk about giant donkey iceicles while getting fragged/fragging. In this case, the ideal would have been for one or all of us to jump to the opposing team. Four people making a switch is tricky, we didn't do it quick enough, instead we ran through a round of dustbowl. After that, murdy left, I left, and I think another left. So yes, for one round we failed as community members to properly ensure the balance of the game.

 I'll happily accept the responsibilty that I could have done better to be a better member of the group. At the same time, I'll also point out that there were other pDs in the game on the opposing team and there is no way I will ever consider one person more unbalanced then the next, with the exception of a few of the top ten. However, the current top hlstats listing is made up of both those who are extremely skilled, Leon Switch *vomints*, but also those who have simply continued to play the servers such as Ed. No way will I ever compensate stacking by presuming that one pDs member doesn't "count" as equally as another, except for those who hack like certain people, WDF.

 So yea, you got the short stick for that bit murdy and you are the better man for refusing to add the stack.

 As far as the shuffle, i'd be done for it if it was total random teamswap out, but it may not be the best for all situations, especially if we're getting groups of non-temp regs to come into the server. These folks want to stack as playing with a group of friends is far more enjoyable than not, especially with a mic operating.
