hey if its not your thing thats cool.

I am all for anything that challenges the conventional news media mess we have now on TV.

I figure, I take time online to read news and leave comments on this and other forums, why not also do it somewhere that it can be seen/heard by millions?

And btw, here are my comments about a story on Obama, broadcast on their latest news cast.

So go out there and get your voice heard I say.

Who gives out the information? Are they just average Joes or people with degrees and experience?

More importantly... Banksey's cover may have been blown!?! His work is legendary. I hope he still produces art. Anyway, carry on with your discussion.

And I kind of like the idea of being able to leave comments that will be seen and heard. Also from what I read, it looks as though anyone can submit a story, which could potentially lead to some not-so-nice things. Of coarse, that is with just a quick glance over the user agreement and all that, so I may be wrong.

People submit news stories...If the story is interesting, people will vote it up. If you post garbage, people will vote against it. Most voted stories make it onto the show.

It's certainly not a new idea, but seeing it implemented on TV is pretty refreshing.

@Banksy: I love how they are surprised that he is just an ordinary guy.

As long as it's just news stories I guess it's fine but I wouldn't watch that channel to hear about politics or any other kind of opinion or science related piece. I'd rather hear stuff like that from people who actually know what they're talking about. Our very own sirlordpoop put it nicely:
