Well being serious yea I do agree.  Somtimes I catch one and most of the time I dont...but try dodging 5 on powerplant when everyone is just up for kills and not the CTF...which is funny.  Some people instead of just charging foward just sit and ORB....then spawn...then orb...then spawn...then orb...

They just sit at a point and shoot over and over again...not realizing that,"hey you could capture the next point if you tried and not just whored for kills"

I was playin earlier and this guy named "Morpheus" that is all he did, constantly from the center spawn.  He ran in, grabbed an orb then ran back to spawn to do it all over again.

Nothin is better than grabbin a noob thrownin orb and tossin it back...ahhhh satisfaction

 

It should be conduct of pds to denounce and embarrass anyone who whores.  Honesty I have seen {pDs} members who WHORE alot, and sometimes I say something jokingly.  But whoring, I think looks bad on the Clan.  I mean yea its for fun, but I see whoring as a kinda insult.

If your wearing a {pDs} tag and you whore that I think is just plain wrong and unprofessional, and unskillful, and by the way against the rules:

3. Stat Whoring: Trying to up your rank without participating in legit gameplay. (I.E. Playing by yourself when no one else is on and running flags.)

I mean cmon whoring already frustrating and nerve racking, but when I see another {pDs} member doing it...its like cmon...your better than this, represent.

The only reason to ORB WHORE is for STATS! Bottom line.  If you think of another reason....say to defend, well CTF is for capturing not defending...

me too, but for powerplant its different.  i try and get as many checkpoints as i can and i die a lot.  but i can usually get one or two each time with a few kills too.  so my score usually ends up being 2-3 times higher then the second place player on my team.  on top of that the kill/death ratio looks really good because you get 2 kills for each checkpoint.  i know that they don't count in the rank, but i don't care about rank.
