Technically he was only exploiting bugs in the game. I can't wait till all of VDuS shows up to simply vote yes.

Normally I wouldn't post in a poll, but... I didn't have a problem with his exploits, or even his bragging. I was there the day he was banned, the second time ( I was there for the first also ), and didn't really agree with it then. The problem I have with him is his abuse and spamming of the forums. Not on the new one of coarse, but even you Tuna can agree you went over board I am sure. After the pages of you spamming and being completely "dickish" on the forums, I lost most respect for you. You are an excellent DM player, but I can't stand to see anything you write. I think if you would have taken the time previously to explain the exploits and such without making a huge stink, things would be different. plzz dnt spam myu tread ' - lol jp jp

I'm with Turbo. I remember all the crap he posted as well, but I think he's had a good long timeout. The banhammer can be at the ready (and I think he should expect it to be) just in case things get out of hand again.

Well, you guys accuse him of cheating... Well, i can imagine if a punk ass kid came to my server, and decided he'd do the Fly EXPLOIT not a cheat, not hacking , not any third party programs/ fucking with netcodes etc... But simplying doing the FLYING exploit, i'd ban him ...Now since everything is fixed, i'd let him back because we woudn't have that little issue anymore... But, If he some how discovers a new exploit, that is totattly rediclious like the flying one, I'd ban his ass again.... But, i beleive he does deserve a second chance, now that there's no way he could preform this again... GG.

I remember when he got kicked and when Whut let him back in and when he got kicked again. It's like having a really hot girlfiend who keeps coming back, except without the really hot girlfriend part. I remember excessive spam from Mr. Tuna. Wasn't he banned from the forums as well?
Now, I'm going to vote no on principle, but not yet. If Mr. Tuna can stay off of the forums for 48 hours starting at the time signature of this post, I'll vote yes. Anyone remember the Twilight Zone episode where a guy at a country club bets another guy he can't keep his mouth shut for a year living in a glass cage? Same thing here.
