On topic, I don't think it's going to see the light of day. Shifting centers of gravity like that on a skyscraper (with the exception of counterweights) is pretty much everything they teach you not to ever, ever think about thinking about attempting in shop class. Win Cookies Awarded: 7 (bawwwwww)

Most very large skyscrapers have Giant swinging counterweights suspended from the top floor. This one would just require a very dynamic floor by floor weight redistribution system. They built a smaller, twisting building in europ somewhere...can't remember. Engineering wise I don't think its a problem that can't be overcome. Dubai....talk about the Las vegas of the middle east! Well if you think Dubai has too much money, then I encourage you and all your friends to go out and buy a Hummer, expediting the rate at which we deplete our fossil fuel reserves, eventually putting those oily Dubai bastards out of business.

No, Only sometimes if somebody has just posted something that has already recently been posted here.

Unlike what it shows in the Video, it actually takes 90 mins to do one 360 turn, and due to its shape, its center of gravity isn't moved much.
