Where's the best/worse place in the Cascadia area to get ribs after a long night?

I assume you mean after a night of drinking. Therefore normal places are closed. I'd recommend Applebees for the best ribs after normal places close. Their full rack plus fries platter is incredible when you're drunk and hungry. You can get that shit to go... which is what we always did. It's awesome. This was a couple years ago... not sure if it's still good.

The worst ribs after dark... Ihop. Trust me.
