For me it is fast, plus for Defence in lacrosse it is fast enough to keep up with the attack. (I'm 6'7" and weigh 140, more ofa a muscle guy than a runner)

maybe skinny... But I can bench close to my body weight (180) And I can squat 270 so idk, definatly dont look like a stick. Actualy I look pretty big.
