1 SO you want to play with your friend, your on the same server with them thats not playing with them?

2 do you want the server to be full or only with a hand full of players?

the main point of this is that we have 4 server now and most of the time now only 1 of them is full.

there has be a drop off of players coming to the tempest servers. We need to bring players back not chase them off.

we all need to try and work at filling the server for the good of  this place not kick it around till it dies.

Why do i get rude and call eveyone an ass hole. let see after asking for 30 mins for poelpe to unstack or mix the teams up alitte and NO one says a word back gets to you after seeing player come in to the server and leave 2mins later. when you have seen the server go from being full down to 12 players and they rag on you for asking pisses me off. So after the 10th night of trying over 2 weeks im just alitte sharp with my words. the servers are on the downwards side and im trying to stop it.

 

I used to be concerned with the stacking issue as well... because getting completely rolled is NOT fun.

The only people that can prevent that are the people on the winning team having the common courtesy to even teams a little....

But ever since I reported someone for cursing me out, simply because I made a smart alec comment about him joining the clearly winning team, and then being told that team stacking was not a rule, merely a guideline, and that it was just a matter of "unlucky team selection," and that I was just mad because I lost...

I have been completely unconcerned with the issue...

If I join a server and the teams are horribly unbalanced, I just leave and don't say anything, because as has been highlighted here in multiple posts...

the people on the winning, unbalanced team, just make a bunch of rude remarks, and make no effort to remedy the situation, being rude instead of sportsmanlike.

Admin can scramble teams but it doesn't really change much, it'll change 4 people at random so it could be even worst where you trade off good players on your team for more noobs.

The only thing that annoys me is when its 8-0 and its been a few rounds and NO ONE is switching. The other side always have majority of the pDs.

Other than that we should remove spectator and join blue and red team option and just have it be all random. There will be still some case of stack but 24/7 server should have a freq. scramble after 2 rounds of 2fort or 4 rounds of AD

Removing the option to join a team seems a bit extreme. (Almost) Everyone here is intellignet enough to know that when they join the winning team, they are just tAking the easy way out.

One idea that Ive been thinking about a lot revently seems like it would fix this:

I have been being autobalanced a lot lately. For whatever reason, at least once a map I am automatically shifted to the other team. I also have started joining teams randomly, in light of the imbalance problems we have seen recently.

Maybe if we make the server less likely to autobalance people who join randomly, people will be more willing to do it.

 

Like WDF has been saying since the day I joined, this community is what you make of it. If you want to clan stack and win every game, then you can. but the results wil be that other players will not have a good time, and hence will stop playing on our servers. Be responsible, and join the the shitty team. Then laugh in the faces of the stacked team when you fuck them up gangsta style.
