A map with absurd custom maps would be lots of fun. I've been scouring the servers list for days, but I have yet to see a server with
wacky_races_b1. That map looks like tons of fun, but would need two decently sized teams.
koth_rainbow_b6 makes me extremely happy every time I play it.
cp_pacman and
cp_lost are pretty fun... 'non-competitive' maps I've played that actually have realistically reachable objectives. I haven't exactly been here long at all, but a I agree with Saber; I've looked long and hard for a fun server to try jump/surf maps, (and, though I'm loathe to say it,
mario_kart) when I don't feel like playing on 'real maps.' I don't really know about a CP only server. I've never seen Tempest 3 especially full. Replacing it with, say, Official + Custom maps would offer a bigger selection, because there are some fun CTF maps that don't show up much. For the 24/7, perhaps a set of 7 maps that alternate daily? Those suggestions look pretty good, and I'm glad new servers are coming because the people here are fun to play with, but usually only Tempest 2 is active, and I can only take so much 2fort.
PS: What's with this crazy, confusing posting system? I can't figure out how to add links, and after using ctrl+b for bold, it randomly reselects bold and I have to delete the previous word to fix it.
