Nope wasnt on the 380 just the model right under that. I did see the 380 at the terminal in Dubai when we pulled in. Its a HUGE bird.
I left Kabul and now am working closer to the Afghan Pakistan Border in support of the many firebases set up in the area of operation. My job is to keep the pilots and Army on time right cargo etc. We currently have 3 helo's here with the best Russian Crews you could ask for. Already been out on a few flights deliveries to the foward OP and such. Let me tell you the terrain here is pure hell, especialy in the mountains. Luckly the helo's can sling load and just drop the shit from the line and get the hell outa dodge. Its pretty sweet when they drop the load and then bob and weave throught the canyon terrain to avoid any potential fire.
Heard Artiliary fire last night followed by fixed wing and bombs as I layed down to go to bed.
Still alive here having a great time with the adrenaline.
